feat: 9 SVG placeholders cosmétiques (32x32, 1 couleur/slot)

crown, cap-swamp, glasses-savant, mask-frog, cape-algae, armor-scales, flame-tail, ribbon, particles-gold. Placeholders à remplacer par l'art final plus tard.
